Our Team

Bob joined Acme Corrugated Box in 1969 after acquiring a liberal arts degree from Penn State University and serving time in the U.S. Army. Through perseverance and hard work – much of it alongside his older brother, Arnold – Bob gained the experience needed to become company president in 1982 at the age of 35.

50+ years after starting, Bob attributes Acme Corrugated Box’s longevity to many factors, but especially to the company’s relentless focus on customer relationships and its ongoing quest to improve operations. Bob derives great satisfaction from business growth and from observing individual growth among team members. “It’s very rewarding to see personal and professional maturation over time. I get a charge out of that.”

Hobbies
“When I’m not working, I spend time with my wife, Mindy, and together we enjoy the theater, museums, a good meal, history reading, and intellectually stimulating conversation across a variety of topics. We love to travel but don’t do it as much as we should!”

Erik began working for his family’s business while still in high school in the 1990s, joining Acme Corrugated Box full-time in 2002. He served in roles across departments including shipping, scheduling, and operations. Following a bachelor’s degree from University of Miami, Erik earned his MBA from LaSalle University in 2003 and became a Packaging Consultant in 2004.

Erik and his wife Diana married in 2003; they have three children: Misha, Lila, and Isaac.

Hobbies
“I enjoy fly fishing, aquariums, and traveling with my family. Some recent favorite trips include Montana and Turks & Caicos.”

Jeremy graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 1999 with bachelor’s and master’s degrees in bioengineering earned simultaneously. He worked on Wall Street for two years in Credit Suisse’s investment banking division before returning to the Philadelphia area in late 2001. Jeremy joined the family business in January 2002.

Jeremy and his wife Meredith have two daughters, Jillian and Margot, and a canine, Pico.

Hobbies
“I enjoy biking, family movie nights, golf, RVing, and aviation (even though I haven’t flown for quite some time).”

When other first graders wanted to become rockstars and NFL players, Alex said he wanted to grow up to make boxes! Alex earned his degree in supply chain management from Lehigh University and spent four years working for Amazon before following in his grandfather’s, father’s, and brothers’ footsteps, joining Acme Corrugated Box in 2019.

Alex and his fiancée Katie are getting married in October of 2022. They have an amazing dapple Dachshund named Willow.

Hobbies
“I enjoy spending time with family and friends. Katie and I consider ourselves foodies, so we appreciate all types of eclectic cuisines. When the weather is nice, you can find me outdoors doing anything from running to walking Willow to yard work.”
