Our Team

Jeremy graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 1999 with bachelor’s and master’s degrees in bioengineering earned simultaneously. He worked on Wall Street for two years in Credit Suisse’s investment banking division before returning to the Philadelphia area in late 2001. Jeremy joined the family business in January 2002.

Jeremy and his wife Meredith have two daughters, Jillian and Margot, and a canine, Pico.

“I enjoy biking, family movie nights, golf, RVing, and aviation (even though I haven’t flown for quite some time).”

Heidi worked for a family-owned business for many years before it was acquired by a large international company. Seeking a return to her professional roots, she joined family-owned Acme Corrugated Box in 2007.

Heidi married her best friend; together they have five children and three grandchildren.

“My family and I like to relax at our lake house and spend time on our boat. Love, love love spending time with the grandkids!”

Prior to joining Acme Corrugated Box, Jeff spent 30+ years in sales and leadership roles in plastics manufacturing. After successfully positioning his previous company to be sold to private equity, Jeff and his wife took the opportunity to return home to Pennsylvania. Jeff joined Acme Corrugated Box in January of 2023.

Jeff and his wife, Dana, were married in 1990. They have two grown sons, Nick and Mitch.

Hobbies

“I enjoy fly fishing, golf, fine wines and spending as much time as I can with family. My wife and I love to travel and enjoy spending time with our ‘grand pets’.”

Born and raised in Philadelphia, Norm graduated from Temple University with a degree in accounting and went to work for an international public accounting firm where he focused primarily on global manufacturing clients.  That manufacturing focus continued over the next 30+ years where Norm worked in a variety of industries including Plastics, Medical Equipment, Electronics and Automotive Parts.

Norm is married to Rose and together they share 7 children and 6 grandchildren.

Hobbies

“I enjoy spending time at the shore with family and friends.  I enjoy walking on the beach and spending evenings on the boardwalk with the grand kids.  I also enjoy fishing, when time allows.”

Chris joined Acme in September of 2022.  His Information Technology career spans more than 20 years and includes technical and leadership positions within the call center, manufacturing, and distribution industries. Chris has spent the last 15 years helping organizations achieve both their operational IT and digitalization goals while reducing overall IT and cyber risk. Chris earned his B.S. in Technical Management from DeVry University, and his MBA from DeSales University. In addition, Chris holds many IT and professional certifications.

Chris is married to his wonderful wife, Diana, and has two sons, Jayden, and Carter.

Hobbies

“In my spare time, I like to watch my sons play sports, read, listen to music, and play a good game of chess.”

Joe joined Acme in August of 2023.  His Corrugated career spans more than 27 years and includes a history of safety, quality, and operational leadership.  Joe managed an independent Packaging Testing Laboratory for 15 years and was a Management Representative for ISO-9001 for 27 years. 
Joe earned his B.S. in Packaging from the Rochester Institute of Technology.  He has been involved in many industry organizations, including being a former regional director for the AICC.

Joe is married to his wonderful wife of 24 years, Nadine, and has two sons, Gabriel, and Cole.
