Acme Corrugated Box Co., Inc. (referred to as “Acme”, “us”, “we” and “our”) takes your privacy seriously.  The purpose of this privacy policy (the “Policy”) is to make you aware of what personal information Acme collects about you through your use of the website at (the “Site”) and how and for what purposes that information is used.  The services available on the Site including the Site’s “Contact Us” box and the “Customer Portal” are referred to as the “Services.”  This Privacy Policy applies to all visitors, registered users and others who access or use the Services (“Users”).

Acme reserves the right to and may modify, amend or update this Privacy Policy from time to time without advance notice to you.  Our Privacy Policy is available via hyperlink on the Site.  We recommend that you review our Privacy Policy each time you use the Services.  If you do not agree to any provision of this Privacy Policy, or any update or modification to the Privacy Policy, please do not use the Services.

Information You Give Us

Information collected from you will vary, depending on how you use the Services and what information you may choose to provide to us (whether through email or otherwise). It is possible to browse most sections of the Site without submitting any personally identifiable information. Personally identifiable information means individually identifiable information about you that we collect online, including your full name, a username and password, email address, phone number, physical address, and billing information, if applicable (“Personal Information”).  If you choose to take advantage of some of our Services, you may be asked to provide Personal Information.  You can choose not to provide us with Personal Information, but then you may not be able to fully take advantage of certain features of our Site and we may not be able to provide you with certain requested information or services.

Like many websites, we automatically track certain information about you as you use our Services to help us to better understand how the Services are used and how we can enhance your overall experience. Information that is automatically gathered may be shared in aggregate form with other third parties, including listing providers and advertisers.  When such data is aggregated, all Personal Information is eliminated.

Use of the Services may require you to share your Personal Information with us.  The information you submit to us in order to access or use the Services is used by us to provide the information or service you have requested. We may also share this information with others, but only to the extent necessary to fulfill your request or to facilitate your use of the Services. Registration Information

The Personal Information you provide when you become a registered member of the Services is used primarily to help us customize your online experience, increase the convenience of accessing new tools, products and services, and, if applicable, provide the products and/or services you purchase or request. Your username serves as a unique identifier in our record system, and together with your password is designed to prevent unauthorized access to any information you choose to store on the Site. The data you provide in your member profile (e.g., your name, address, billing information, or the like) is used to help provide you with products and services from Acme.  If you forget your password for any registered area of the Site, you may contact Acme directly to retrieve the relevant information.

Email Subscriptions

We may use the email address you provide to us to contact you for promotional or other purposes. You may have these communications terminated at any time by contacting us at with your request.

Children’s Privacy

If you are under the age of 13 you should not register with us, provide information to us or use or access the Services. We do not collect Personal Information from any person we actually know is a child under the age of 13. Acme uses reasonable efforts to comply with industry standard security measures to protect Personal Information. These include password protected access to Personal Information, limited access to the sensitive data, and at times encrypted transfer of sensitive data submitted by Users.  However, no method is fail proof and there may be security and privacy limitations which are beyond Acme’s control.

Be aware that our Site links to other websites that may collect personally identifiable information about you.  This Privacy Policy only applies to the Site, and we are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content for any linked websites.  You should refer to the privacy policies and statements of other websites or contact the respective webmasters of those websites to obtain information regarding their information collection, use and disclosure policies.

Sale of Business

We continue to develop our business and in doing so may sell our business or assets. Personal Information may be shared or transferred as part of the purchase of another business or sale of this business.
