Meet Our 110” Corrugator
Our in-house 110” corrugator and converting machinery put any box in reach. Corrugators convert paper and other raw materials into sheets of corrugated fiberboard. Our 110” in-house corrugator, installed in 2022, offers rapid turnaround times that translate to a high degree of flexibility for customers. Other benefits include product uniformity, superior box quality, and efficiency that translates to customer cost savings.
A Full Suite of Converting Equipment
Customers’ packaging needs are diverse, ranging in size from jewelry boxes to refrigerator boxes. This wide range of output is made possible by our converting lineup; 7 Flexo Folder Gluers, 3 Die Cutters, and various auxiliary equipment turn corrugated board into boxes of any size. Our machines can print up to four colors and offer two-sided printing in a single pass.
Cooking Up Custom Colors
Need a box that pops with colors that are just right? Our in-house Ink Kitchen customizes color mixing, letting us perfectly match your brand palette or create the exact shade you envision. Once your custom recipe is developed, the formula is saved to our database so we can match it exactly in future orders.
